Senior System Analyst — Online Banking / Core Banking System / Digital Ruble

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst for a large banking project team. The main areas include the development of online banking for individuals and legal entities, integration with government systems, and participation in digital ruble projects.

The project involves working with complex high-load systems, a microservices architecture, and mission-critical financial processes.

🧠 What we expect:

— Higher technical education; — Experience as a Senior System Analyst in banks or fintech for at least 4 years; — Experience participating in projects for corporate online banking, retail online banking, or core banking systems; — Experience integrating with the Digital Ruble platform, SMEV, ESIA/Gosuslugi, GIS GMP, Bank of Russia, or SBP will be a significant advantage; — Experience developing technical specifications for high-load Mission Critical systems; — Proficient in BPMN and UML; — Experience designing microservices and individual functional blocks; — Understanding of microservices architecture principles; — Experience building and describing C4 diagrams (levels 1–3); — Experience designing integrations via REST API, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ; — Experience working with XML and XSD schemas; — Experience building ER diagrams for complex transactional data models; — Deep understanding of electronic signature mechanisms (UKEP, GOST, dual signature); — Understanding of the processes for forming, verifying, and processing electronic signatures on the backend.

🔧 What you will be doing:

— Gathering and analyzing business requirements; — Preparing functional and technical requirements; — Designing integration interactions and data models; — Participating in the development of architectural solutions; — Describing APIs and inter-system interactions; — Interacting with architects, developers, and business customers; — Supporting the implementation of requirements at all stages of development.

➕ Will be a plus:

— Experience working with Camunda; — Participation in digital ruble projects; — Experience designing complex integration platforms in the banking sector.
