Reporting directly to the Principal, this executive will oversee global capital allocation, risk management, and multi-jurisdictional tax structuring. Direct financial governance across global real estate, private equity, and venture portfolios. Manage international banking relationships and global treasury operations. Design cross-border holding structures, trust arrangements, and succession planning frameworks. Maintain institutional reporting standards and compliance across the GCC and Europe.
Candidate Profile 12+ years in senior finance, with 5+ years in a Single Family Office or private wealth group. Deep knowledge of international tax structuring, UAE regulations, and fund flows. Qualified ACA, CPA, or CFA.
