We are looking for an internal control and audit manager with experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce. You will analyze operational processes, develop audit programs, and prepare reports.

What tasks await you

Conducting operational audits You will be responsible for identifying risks in operational processes and developing audit programs. You will need to test control procedures, analyze the reasons for their inefficiency, and prepare recommendations for improving the control environment. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on operational process audits and monitoring the implementation of recommendations. You will apply the developing internal audit methodology and work in an excellent team.

We expect you

• Have a higher education degree
• Have more than five years of experience in internal audit or control — preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce
• Are a proficient user of MS Office, have worked with ERP systems (Oracle, 1C, and others)
• Are knowledgeable about procurement, marketing, sales, and capital construction processes
• Possess strong communication skills
• Are capable of independently planning and conducting audits
• Are well-versed in accounting: RSBU, US GAAP, IFRS
• Know and understand the requirements of COSO ERM and SOX

Will be a plus

• Have worked in an internal audit or control department in the industry or a Big 4 company
• Hold certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CFE
• Have experience in describing and optimizing processes
• Have conducted investigations
• Are able to identify process risks and help management manage them
• Know Python, SQL, and have experience processing large volumes of data (data analytics)
