Lead Auditor in FinTech

Yandex FinTech is a young division that is growing rapidly within the company's ecosystem and beyond. We are looking for a Lead Auditor. You will participate in audits as part of a working group and help develop the control environment at Yandex Bank.

What tasks await you

Audit Reviews You will conduct audit reviews as part of a working group across all areas of the Bank's activities, participate in the preparation of the audit program, develop recommendations to mitigate banking risks, formulate audit results and an action plan to address identified violations, and monitor the timely and full implementation of the IAD's recommendations by the audited departments.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience in the financial services sector: risk management, internal audit, external audit, internal control, business process analysis
• Have independently extracted data from a database and worked with it using SQL
• Are knowledgeable about the legislative and regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia governing banking activities
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Are able to work with large volumes of data
• Are proactive
• Are proficient in Excel

Will be a plus

• Have experience in processing large volumes of data (Data Analytics)
• Know Python
