Senior Internal Audit Manager in FinTech

Yandex FinTech is a young business unit that is growing rapidly both within the company's ecosystem and beyond. We are looking for a senior manager to conduct audits and consult the audit project team. We expect you to have more than five years of experience in the audit field and excellent knowledge of international standards.

What tasks await you

Managing audit projects You will participate in conducting scheduled and unscheduled audit inspections, including developing the plan and program for the audit of the area under review, testing control procedures, analyzing the reasons for their ineffectiveness, developing recommendations to improve the efficiency of the audited area (improving business processes, internal control procedures, risk management and corporate governance), and agreeing on audit results with Yandex FinTech's business units.

Preparing reports and monitoring the implementation of recommendations You will participate in preparing reports on the results of audits conducted, fill out audit programs, working papers and checklists for the audited area, as well as track the implementation of recommendations.

We expect that you

• Have at least seven years of experience in the financial services sector: in risk management, internal audit, or in internal and external audit, internal control, business process analysis
• Managed a team on audit projects*
• Are knowledgeable of legislative acts and regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation regulating banking activities
• Have conducted audits of operational processes

Will be a plus

• Have worked in 'Big Four' companies
• Know Python, SQL, and have processed large volumes of data as a data analyst
