💎A company working with UBТ traffic (iGaming) is looking for a Business Development Manager. We are considering candidates with knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian languages (+ English, not lower than B2) or fully English-speaking candidates. The ability of the candidate to attend conferences is important for the company.

👤 Candidate Profile ▪️ Experience in Business Development / Sales in iGaming from 2 to 6 years; ▪️ Mandatory experience working with casino / betting products (product side); ▪️ Own contact database: advertisers, CMO, Head of Affiliate, Owners; ▪️ Practical experience in reaching decision-makers and successfully closing deals; ▪️ Experience in outbound sales via LinkedIn, Telegram, cold email, direct outreach; ▪️ Strong negotiation skills and ability to bring deals to a successful outcome; ▪️ Experience in building long-term partnerships in the iGaming niche; ▪️ Fluent English (not lower than B2); ▪️ Ability to attend conferences; ▪️ Experience with payment solutions, providers, or the affiliate ecosystem will be a significant advantage; ▪️ Willingness to work with international markets: EU, LATAM, Turkey, and other GEOs.

📌 Responsibilities ▪️ Search and attract new clients in the iGaming niche; ▪️ Active outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and other communication channels; ▪️ Reaching decision-makers: CMO, Head of Affiliate, Owners; ▪️ Conducting negotiations and closing deals; ▪️ Building and developing long-term partnerships; ▪️ Working with the existing contact base for quick sales start; ▪️ Participation in international conferences, summits, and networking events; ▪️ Searching for new areas of cooperation and scaling sales; ▪️ Fulfillment of plans for revenue and development of the partner network.
