Business Development Manager (BizDev)

Key Responsibilities:

• Converting networking connections into potential clients
• Identifying client needs and pain points
• Organizing meetings and leading negotiations through to contract signing
• Handing over signed projects to the Project Manager

Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 years

Location: EU, Ukraine Relocation Package: No

Languages: English C1, Russian, Ukrainian

Work Schedule: Flexible (result-oriented)

SALARY Base: €1000 base + bonus

Bonus / KPI System: Yes, discussed individually
