Intern in the Product Pricing team for attracting urgent funds from legal entities. The task is to optimize pricing using ML algorithms: develop and monitor models, prepare data, conduct A/B tests.
Tasks:
- Conduct analytics and monitor model performance
- Collect and prepare data, followed by EDA and feature engineering
- Develop new ML models (regression, classification, time series, clustering)
- Optimize data/model/inference pipeline scripts
- Prepare project code for production
- Prepare, design, and conduct A/B tests
- Support current analytics: model bug fixes and ad-hoc request fulfillment
Requirements:
- Higher education (or final years) in a technical field
- Solid mathematical foundation (understanding of gradient descent, distributions, PCA, OLS, statistical tests)
- Ability to write Python code, optimize it, understand others' code, knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in core data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, statmodels)
- Deep understanding of classical ML algorithms (linear/logistic regression, trees, ensembles)
- Basic knowledge of DL (core architectures, training subtleties)
- Proficiency in sklearn, pytorch, transformers frameworks
