Senior Marketing Manager / Lead Marketer
Avelin.ai — Sovereign AI Platform. We create and deploy secure and sovereign AI solutions for the enterprise sector, using advanced LLMs and isolated infrastructure. We are currently transitioning from the founder-led sales & marketing stage to systematic scaling and are looking for a marketer (or a specialized agency) to take charge of product positioning and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Packaging (VC Relations): Development and updating of investment materials (Pitch Deck, One-Pager, investment memorandums). Shaping positioning understandable for venture funds in a highly competitive AI market.
- Enterprise B2B Marketing: Development of a Go-To-Market strategy for the enterprise segment. Participation in shaping an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for attracting large clients.
- Sales Enablement: Creation of marketing materials to support enterprise sales with long cycles (whitepapers, architectural diagrams for business users, ROI calculators, case studies).
- Product Positioning: Translating complex technological advantages (Sovereign AI, MoE models, local deployment, data security) into clear business value for C-Level executives (CIO, CTO, CEO).
Requirements and Expectations
- AI & Tech Domain Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the artificial intelligence market and generative networks.
- Clear understanding of AI limitations and real capabilities (ability to distinguish hype from working use-cases).
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and software stack (open-source models, RAG, agents, data privacy issues).
- Venture Capital Experience:
- Proven experience in packaging technological B2B startups for investment attraction.
- Understanding of metrics, unit economics, and business models relevant to AI startups in the eyes of funds.
- B2B & Enterprise Background:
- Experience in markets with long sales cycles (6–18 months) and multiple decision-makers.
- Successful experience in generating qualified leads (SQL) in the enterprise segment.
- Experience with Large Integrations:
- Understanding of enterprise project specifics (compliance, information security, tender procedures).
- English proficiency from B2 level, as all content will be in English.
Collaboration Format
We are considering both a full-time specialist (In-house / Fractional CMO) and a boutique B2B marketing agency.
