Game Designer / Senior Game Producer (Slot Games)

Game Designer What you will do:

• Develop game concepts and mechanics (rounds, symbols, bonus features) taking into account KPIs and business goals
• Create GDD: mockups, text descriptions, documentation.
• Compile and systematize asset lists (art, sound, effects, animations), build the logic of their interrelation with game conditions
• Evaluate the quality of the finished product and propose improvements based on metrics and player feedback

What is important: Current experience in slots from 2 years; ability to design game features and balance mathematics; experience with art feedback; analytical thinking, understanding of metrics and player behavior;

Senior Game Producer What you will do:

• Formulate concepts for new games: theme, mechanics, visuals, overall gaming experience
• Defend product vision to the team and stakeholders
• Coordinate game designers, mathematicians, artists, developers, animators, testers
• Analyze the market, competitors, and data on engagement, retention, GGR
• Balance project ambitions, deadlines, and budget, mentor less experienced producers

What is important: 5+ years in game development (a significant part in slots), several released projects in a key role, deep understanding of slot mechanics and metrics, experience managing a multidisciplinary team, working-level English.
