Responsibilities:
- Development, testing, and support of backend systems in Python
- Participation in application architecture design
- Performance optimization of existing systems
- Integration with external APIs and services
- Writing clean, maintainable code
- Participation in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Working in an agile team, participating in sprint planning and task estimation
Our expectations from the candidate:
- 4+ years of commercial Python development (Python 3.9+)
- Experience in financial, corporate, or high-load projects
- Experience in artificial intelligence
- AI agents (minimum one): LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Experience with asynchronous programming
- Development of REST APIs and microservices
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes basics
- Working with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, SQLAlchemy
Will be a plus if you have knowledge or experience with:
- Creating and implementing multi-agent systems
- Local LLMs: Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek R1, Ollama, vLLM
- Fine-tuning and working with models
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, message queuing systems
- Advanced SQL and optimization
- Metabase, Superset, Prometheus, Grafana
