We are looking for a Growth Product Manager and Head of Product at TrueLabel 🚀 Product: B2B iGaming platform

We are expanding our product team and are looking for people who are not just interested in launching new features, but in understanding what players truly need, finding growth points, and seeing the results of their work in numbers.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying opportunities for product growth: analyzing player behavior, funnels, and key metrics;
• Proposing and testing hypotheses, launching A/B tests, and implementing solutions that have shown results;
• Defining priorities and working on initiatives that benefit players and the business;
• Collaborating with development, analytics, and design teams to bring ideas to launch and evaluate their effectiveness.

For Head of Product, additionally:

• Defining the platform's development strategy and managing the product roadmap;
• Leading the Product team, developing people, and establishing clear areas of responsibility;
• Improving product processes and collaboration between teams;
• Managing priorities and helping teams move towards common business goals.

Who we are looking for:

Growth Product Manager: 4+ years in Product Management, strong experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and growth hypotheses. iGaming experience is a must-have. Head of Product: 5+ years in Product Management, mandatory experience in iGaming, experience managing a product team, forming strategy, and developing complex digital products. For both roles, independence, the ability to work with data, justify decisions, and find common ground with different teams are important.
