Vacancy: AI & Process Transformation Lead

About the project
Our client is an international product IT company that develops high-load projects in the iGaming sphere. The team is currently looking for an AI & Process Transformation Lead who will work on a universal next-generation XRM platform — a modular B2B solution combining CRM, PRM, HRM, Data, and AI. We are looking for someone who can improve development and product processes through AI implementation, change how teams work, and achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes (discovery, delivery) and establish baseline metrics for improvement;
- Determine where AI implementation will yield the maximum effect;
- Ensure correct integration of AI into work tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), including process configuration if necessary;
- Define rules for AI usage (responsibility zones, limitations, control of action correctness);
- Formulate resource requirements (assess the need for tools and budget, justify the implementation of new solutions);
- Design and prioritize AI process changes (systemic approaches, not ad-hoc solutions);
- Implement changes collaboratively with heads and leads in teams, ensuring actual adoption;
- Work with leads and teams, helping to overcome resistance;
- Measure the effect of changes through metrics;
- Ensure change manageability: the ability to quickly roll back implemented practices, minimize risks to current processes and roadmap;
- Consider infrastructure limitations and ensure solution sustainability;
- Package successful practices and scale them to other teams.
What's important
- At least 2 years of experience in real process transformation within a product or development environment;
- Experience in implementing AI into team workflows;
- Understanding of the full development lifecycle (discovery, delivery, release);
- Ability to structure implementation (stages, risks, success factors);
- Experience working with metrics and evaluating change effectiveness;
- Experience in handling resistance and driving changes to completion.

Conditions
