We are a team of 20 people (ages 20–40) who value freedom and the absence of bureaucracy. We quickly test hypotheses and use an advanced tech stack for organizing work (Slack, ClickUp, GitLab). Now we are looking for a leader who will not only take on work with key clients but also build the architecture of an automated service of the future.
Responsibilities:
- Work both "hands-on" with clients during system setup and "head-on" on processes.
- Develop the client service system and improve CRM.
- Create and refine existing instructions, checklists, and knowledge base for account managers and support.
- Build transparent reporting on client activity and their performance.
- Work with key clients and support their current results.
- Proactively re-engage inactive clients, focus on upselling, and systematically combat churn.
- Personally onboard and manage strategic advertisers.
- Communicate client needs to the team and participate in product development.
Your KPIs:
- Reduction of Churn Rate.
- Increase in conversion from the first test to repeat deposit.
- Growth in average check and LTV of current clients.
- Successful automation of tasks through AI agents without loss of service quality.
Our Requirements for the Candidate:
- AdTech experience from 4 years (networks, SSP/DSP) with a deep understanding of metrics and formats.
- English C1+ and fluent Russian.
- AI-friendly: you understand the logic of bot operation and have experience in automating support or other business processes.
- Systematic approach: readiness to work hands-on for results and build processes from scratch.
- Self-management: experience in remote work using Slack and ClickUp.
