We are currently looking for an incredibly responsible and initiative-taking Head of Customer Success!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a key client management strategy aimed at increasing revenue from the current client base.
- Team management: conducting coaching sessions, employee evaluations, and developing their sales and strategic thinking skills, overseeing training and certification according to the grade system.
- Organizing regular strategic meetings with key clients to summarize results and plan future cooperation.
- Analyzing the client portfolio, identifying churn risks and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conducting negotiations with strategic clients.
- Monitoring SLA execution between Sales, Account, and Marketing.
- Managing the department's budget and monitoring the effectiveness of its use.
- Preparing regular reports on retention, NPS, NRR, and revenue.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Management experience of at least 3 years in digital marketing/AdTech/Affiliate or IT.
- Customer service/account management experience of at least 5 years.
- Proven results in revenue growth and client retention.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
- Knowledge of unit economics basics: LTV, CAC, NRR.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and client management methodologies: KAM, QBR.
- Advanced data analytics: Metabase, Excel.
- Negotiation skills at the top management level.
- Higher education in management/marketing/economics.
