About the product and company
We are developing a high-tech AI tool for launching and managing advertising campaigns within the Telegram ecosystem, designed to help brands grow faster and more efficiently. We do not simply "buy traffic"; we provide an intelligent engine that optimizes advertising campaigns at a level unreachable by manual management.
We operate within the venture builder Minders, which gives us access to global expertise, resources, and the ability to rapidly implement the boldest technological solutions.
Your role: Senior Account Executive
Our structure does not include a classic "support" team. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who will become a business partner for our clients. Your task is not to "service" them, but to ensure client success by leveraging the product's potential to scale their services and products.
Key metrics: LTV (Lifetime Value) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention). Your success is defined by long-term, growing relationships with brands.
What you will be doing:
- Strategic scaling: Help clients grow their business (services, products, offerings) by integrating our product's capabilities into their marketing strategy.
- Success management: You deeply understand the client's goals and ensure the tool delivers maximum results. You are proactive: you suggest new approaches before the client asks for them.
- Working in High-Growth verticals: Managing medium and large clients from segments such as IT, Fintech, Crypto, Digital Services, and other dynamic niches. You speak their language of business and numbers.
- Analytical synergy: Together with the team, transform campaign data into clear insights for the client and plans for scaling.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience: 3–5 years in leading marketing agencies or AdTech companies in Senior positions.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the advertising market, traffic acquisition mechanisms, analytics systems, and the specifics of digital brand promotion.
- Business verticals: Experience working with Fintech, Crypto, or complex technology services will be your advantage.
- AI-Native: You haven't just heard about neural networks, you live in them. You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) as an "exoskeleton" for your work: for data analysis, strategy preparation, communication automation, and more.
- Efficiency: We value people who know how to use technology to work many times more efficiently, freeing up time for deep strategic communication with clients.
