📌Your daily tasks: — search for new (large and solo) advertisers in CPA and DSP directions, and sign exclusive agreements with them – we don't have any other kind :) — introduce clients to our platform and help them launch effective advertising campaigns — analyze placements and influence the growth of results (uplift, optimization, auction demand) — participate in the development of client service and the product — oversee financial reconciliations with the finance department, control payments and reporting — communicate with international partners from different time zones — monitor market trends and implement them in your work

📌Your hard & soft skills: — you are comfortable with hunting: searching, writing, negotiating – it's your thing — you have at least 5 months of experience in affiliate marketing / CPA networks / ad networks / digital — you understand the difference between formats (banners, push, etc.) — metrics like eCPM, CR, ROI, churn rate, frequency capping are not just words to you — you have a basic understanding of setting up advertising campaigns, trackers, and how ad networks work — you know how to build communication: both with clients and within the team — Your English is at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher, as our partners enjoy conducting business correspondence and calls — you are results-oriented and focused on financial growth — initiative is not just a word, but a work style

📌An advantage will be: — experience working with DSP — experience in account management or managing advertisers — participation in affiliate conferences and networking in the niche
