Digital Services Sales Manager / Sales manager (B2B)

Our marketing agency creates websites for clients and turns them into powerful tools for growing their online sales.

We are looking for a sales manager to join our team, who will become a reliable partner for our clients. You need to understand the business needs of potential clients of the agency, offer our solutions, and successfully close deals for selling our services.

Our products include website promotion (SEO), website development, and contextual advertising. Primarily, expertise and sales experience in website promotion (SEO) services are important; we will teach you the rest.

What you need to do:

• Lead generation (warm lead sources will be provided).
• Deep dive into the product: you will work closely with our developers and SEO specialists to prepare convincing audits and strategies for clients.
• Presenting audits to potential clients via video calls (Yandex Telemost, Google Meet, Zoom, Kontur Talk, etc.).
• Signing contracts with new clients. Proposal and contract templates are already available.
• Maintaining reports on leads and clients.

The ideal candidate is you if:

• You have a positive experience in selling website promotion (SEO) services.
• You understand how website creation, SEO promotion, and advertising work and can clearly explain their benefits to businesses.
• You have experience working with CRM systems; in our case, it's Megaplan.

Conditions:

• Remote work format.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00–18:00 MSK ± 2 hours.
• Work under a contract. Paid vacations and holidays.
• We provide access to specialized courses on SEO and contextual advertising. We will help you boost your expertise!
• Minimal routine: all work is done in the CRM, proposal and contract templates are already prepared.
• Work in an IT-accredited company. This entitles our employees to preferential IT mortgages and deferment from military service (for those liable for military service).

Salary and motivation:

1. During the probation period (up to 3 months):

The higher amount will be paid.

• Option A: 70,000 ₽ net (fixed salary, no commission).
• Option B: 50,000 ₽ net + 15% and 6% of sales (for those ready to earn more from the start).

2. After the probation period: Base salary: 50,000 ₽ net + sales commission: 15% — on contracts for SEO promotion and contextual advertising. 6% — on one-time projects (e.g., website development).

Total income: from 80,000 ₽ and above (no upper limit). Payments twice a month.
