We are an ambitious agency with several products: the creative agency Фейк, the design agency HYG, and the creative video production studio Мейк.

We are looking for someone to help us grow: find new clients, conduct negotiations, and close deals.

What you will do: — Search for and attract clients: cold/warm leads, databases, key decision-makers (LPR), industry events. — Conduct negotiations and sell our services. — Manage deals from the first contact to the contract and payment. — Coordinate documents with lawyers and accountants. — Maintain CRM, record agreements, and assign tasks to the team. — Meet sales targets and develop the client base.

What is important: — At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in digital, marketing, creative, special projects, or video production. — Experience in cold and warm sales and working with key decision-makers (LPR). — Ability to independently find clients and manage deals. — Systemic approach, organization, and strong communication skills. — Willingness to complete a test assignment after the interview.

Format: remote or from our office in Moscow (Novokuznetskaya metro station), schedule 10:00–19:00 Moscow time or by agreement.
