BAZAR.Media is a CPA agency for dental, medical, and beauty clinics. We bring in patients and get paid for results: the client pays for leads at a fixed price, not for clicks and impressions.
Due to scaling, we are opening a Partner Relations Manager position.

Responsibilities:
- Search for clinics and reach out to authorized persons (owner, chief physician, marketer).
- Conduct initial presentations and online meetings.
- Formulate an offer for the clinic and calculate the economics (cost per target visit, payback).
- Manage the client throughout the cycle: trial launch, contract, payment, prolongation.
- Work with cold calls and incoming lead flow.
- Maintain CRM (Bitrix24).
Requirements:
- Experience in telephone or direct sales for at least 3 years.
- Confidence in dialogues with unfamiliar people.
- Quick learning ability and information processing.
- Fluent speech.
- Understanding of numbers: conversion rate, cost per lead, payback.
- Result-oriented and aiming for income from 200,000 ₽.
- Computer/laptop, headset, stable internet.
- Experience in selling direct traffic — Yandex Direct / VK target for at least 2 years.
- Advantage: selling traffic to medical organizations.
Conditions:
- Base salary from 80,000 ₽.
- Bonuses based on turnover.
- Schedule 5/2, remote.
