Triluna Games is looking for a Senior Game Designer for a team developing a dynamic roguelite FPS for Steam/PC on Unity.

The project is already in active development, and we are looking for someone to help shape key game systems: from combat mechanics and balance to progression, economy, and overall player experience. We need a designer who loves a systemic approach, knows how to create deep mechanics, and understands how to build a combat system that players want to return to again and again.

Responsibilities: • Systemic game design • Combat system debugging • Game economy design • Game mechanics design • Participation in level design • Writing and maintaining up-to-date game design documentation • Regular playtests and feedback (shooting, enemy behavior, levels, balance) • Testing and improving game systems

What's important: • 5+ years of experience in Game Design • Practical experience working on games in Unity • Deep understanding of FPS and roguelite genres • Good game awareness and experience in games like Roboquest, Gunfire Reborn, Hades II, Ravenswatch, Sworn, Abyssus • Understanding of how to create a responsive and engaging combat system • Experience in designing game systems, balance, and economy

Will be a plus: • Experience in Level Design for shooters
