We are looking for a Senior Game Designer who will be responsible for the core part of the Sky Combat 2 flight simulator.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for the quality of the project's core loop and its further development.
• Being the feature owner of key features in the core: managing their full cycle – from idea and concept to release and post-release support.
• Developing and documenting high-quality game design documentation and technical specifications for the technical team.
• Conducting A/B tests, analyzing their results, and making data-driven decisions.
• Closely collaborating with the development team, producer, and other departments for the successful implementation of features.

We expect you to have:

• 4+ years of experience as a game designer.
• Deep experience specifically with core loops in mobile mid-core projects (Action, Shooters).
• Understanding of product metrics and the ability to build and test hypotheses using data.
• Experience in creating technical specifications and game design documentation.
• Confident proficiency in task trackers (Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
• Extensive gaming experience in multiplayer games (preferably in Action/Shooter genres).
• Proactive, highly responsible, and ready to dive deep into the project.
• A plus if you have: experience conducting playtests and working with player feedback.
