Hiring: Sales Operations Lead (100% Remote 🌍)

I’m looking for a Sales Operations Lead to power a global lead-to-conversion engine 🚀.

You will own the tech, routing, and partner operations that turn Leads into FTDs across multiple time zones.

Note: For the first ~6 months, you’ll co-run partner operations with the COO while we hire a Head of Sales 🤝.

What You Will Do 🛠️

• Own the Stack: Manage HubSpot CRM, autodialers, AI QC, and WhatsApp API 📱.
• Optimize Routing: Target a <30-second speed-to-lead using skill/geo routing ⚡.
• Run Partner Ops: Lead daily standups, manage shift capacity, and enforce SLAs 📈.
• Data & Analytics: Build operational dashboards from floor views to board metrics 📊.
• Onboarding: Handle tech provisioning and ramping for new partners 🚀.

What You Bring 🧠

• Experience: 5+ years in Sales/RevOps within Fintech, FX, CFD, or iGaming 🎯.
• Tech & Data: Expert HubSpot, telephony config, and data fluency (SQL/BI) ☎️.
• BPO Management: Proven success managing outsourced call centers day-to-day 👥.
• Languages: Fluent English (B2+). Spanish is a big plus 🇪🇸.

Bonus: AI call-quality tools or LatAm market experience.
