Tasks: — Analysis of the current system on 1C 7.7 (which has accumulated custom solutions over the last 15 years). — Design of the architecture and data migration strategy. — Creation of data transfer utilities (DBF, TXT, XML, JSON). — Development of prototypes for critical modules. — Forming a project team and technical leadership (CodeReview, task assignment).

Requirements: — Real project experience migrating from 1C 7.7 to 8.3. — Deep understanding of the architecture of UT 7.7 and UT 11 / ERP 2.0. — Experience in designing complex configurations and working with legacy code. — Team leadership skills (from 2 people). — Ability to document business logic and make independent decisions.
