Orion Soft creates stable software for Enterprise business IT infrastructure.
Our products help automate and optimize processes, create secure infrastructure for critical information infrastructure (CII), build private clouds, and launch effective ML/AI processes.
Our design team is actively growing, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help make complex infrastructure products simple and understandable for users.
Your Tasks
- Design UI/UX for complex infrastructure systems;
- Participate in the formation of product solutions;
- Test hypotheses through research and UX tests;
- Develop complex user scenarios and interface architecture;
- Develop the design system and form UX patterns;
- Create clickable prototypes for project defense;
- Help improve design processes and interaction within the product team;
- Estimate the scope of work, participate in planning, and help the team make design decisions;
- Mentor junior designers and share expertise within the design team.
Our Expectations
- Over 4 years of experience as a Product (UI/UX) Designer;
- Experience in designing complex interfaces for B2B systems, SaaS, or infrastructure products;
- Experience in organizing and conducting UX research;
- Experience in creating design systems and scaling interfaces;
- Experience in establishing design processes;
- Mentorship experience;
- Portfolio with a description of the design decision-making process;
- Expert proficiency in Figma;
- Understanding of the full product cycle: research → hypothesis → design → validation → implementation;
- Ability to defend design solutions with arguments before the team and stakeholders;
- Independence, systemic thinking, and ability to make decisions under uncertainty;
- Understanding of technical limitations of interfaces and basics of HTML/CSS/JS.
It Would Be Great If You
- Know how to work with PaaS/IaaS platforms;
- Are familiar with IT infrastructure basics;
- Can apply AI in design work.
