Business Analyst

About the project briefly: Seeking a business analyst to develop a loyalty program, CRM platform, and related omnichannel customer services. The role involves participating in the development of customer products and marketing mechanics, interacting with business, marketing, development teams, and contractors, as well as working out requirements for new services and integrations. The main focus is on developing the loyalty program, digital customer scenarios, CRM/CDP platforms, and omnichannel processes.
What we expect from you: • Higher education (marketing, economics, management, technical, or related); • Experience as a business analyst or analyst/project manager for at least 3 years; • Practical experience with loyalty programs and CRM; • Understanding of bonus accrual and deduction mechanics; • Experience with tiered loyalty systems; • Experience launching and supporting cross-brand promotions; • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests; • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel projects; • Experience preparing technical specifications, functional requirements, and specifications; • Experience writing test cases and conducting UAT; • Experience working with task management systems:
Tasks: • Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements; • Preparation of technical specifications, functional requirements, and specifications; • Description of business processes AS-IS / TO-BE; • Development and improvement of loyalty program mechanics; • Participation in the development of the CRM/CDP platform; • Interaction with business stakeholders, marketing, developers, and contractors; • Assigning tasks to the development team and supporting implementation; • Preparation of test cases and conducting acceptance testing (UAT); • Analysis of customer scenarios and user experience; • Preparation of user documentation and instructions; • Participation in the launch of new functionalities and evaluation of their effectiveness.
