Topcotek is looking for a Head of CRM to own our full retention engine across the iGaming lifecycle. This is a performance-driven, high-ownership role — you won't just run campaigns, you'll architect the systems that keep players engaged and growing in value.
🔧 What you'll own
→ Full ownership of Smartico — journeys, automations, campaigns, bonus workflows → Lifecycle strategy across Email, SMS, Push, and in-app channels → Advanced segmentation using behavioral and RFM data → Early-life retention, redeposit rates, and reactivation flows → Structured A/B testing across messaging, timing, and offers → CRM performance reporting with clear, actionable insights → Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Support
✅ What we're looking for
🔴 Must-have: iGaming lifecycle marketing experience 🔴 Must-have: Hands-on Smartico experience (mandatory) ✔️ Proven CRM, email/SMS automation, and player segmentation skills ✔️ Deep understanding of onboarding, reactivation, and churn prevention ✔️ Data-driven mindset — comfortable with cohort analysis and campaign reporting
