KAZINSYS is an IT company developing analytical information systems, enterprise web platforms, government portals, user personal accounts, and custom web services for government, quasi-governmental, and commercial clients.
Responsibilities: ▪ Full-cycle IT project management from launch to delivery ▪ Gathering and clarifying requirements with clients and internal teams ▪ Planning timelines, tasks, and monitoring execution ▪ Coordinating development, QA, analysts, and other project participants ▪ Managing risks, changes, and priorities ▪ Conducting meetings, status reporting, deadline control ▪ Communicating with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements: ▪ Practical experience in IT / software development project management ▪ Understanding of the software development lifecycle ▪ Experience with Jira / Confluence / Trello / similar tools ▪ Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall ▪ Strong communication and organizational skills ▪ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ▪ Experience with web projects, information systems, or enterprise solutions will be a plus
Will be an advantage: ▪ Experience with government / quasi-governmental projects ▪ Understanding of the technical side of web development
