Job description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The main task is to process requests, so throughout the day it will be necessary to move around offices and the building, interacting with employees. Development is not part of this position — only processing and supporting requests. The specialist will be responsible for user support, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of employee workstations. Suitable for young specialists who have recently graduated from university. • Secondary specialized or higher technical education • Knowledge of Windows OS and office software • Understanding of the principles of computer networks and equipment operation • Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals • Responsibility, communication skills, customer focus • 1+ year of experience in technical support will be an advantage • Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage
