We provide a full range of services, from the development of technical solutions to project implementation, including supply and commissioning, as well as further maintenance and technical support. Vacancy Description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The main task is processing requests, so throughout the day it will be necessary to move around offices and the building, interacting with employees. Development is not part of this position – it is solely processing and supporting requests. The specialist will be responsible for user support, setting up and maintaining computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of employees' workstations. Suitable for young specialists who have recently graduated from university. • Secondary specialized or higher technical education • Knowledge of Windows OS and office software • Understanding of the principles of computer networks and equipment operation • Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals • Responsibility, communication skills, customer orientation • Work experience in technical support for at least 1 year will be an advantage • Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage
