Vacancy description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to support the company's IT infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for user support, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions and ensuring uninterrupted operation of employee workstations. Suitable for young specialists who have graduated from university. Secondary vocational or higher technical education

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support will be an advantage

• Knowledge of Windows OS and office software

• Understanding of the principles of computer networks and equipment operation

• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals

• Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage

• Responsibility, communication skills, customer focus

• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• Work schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00
