Various tasks in IT and digital, but a moderate and reasonable workload (universal role): IT Support: • troubleshooting technical malfunctions (communication, computers, printers, internet, Bitrix24) • setting up and maintaining stable equipment operation (computers, printers, telephony) Online Learning Tech Support: • connecting to online learning (Zoom, Teams) • moderation, technical support during online learning broadcasts, and troubleshooting during the learning process Digital: • working with graphic editors (e.g., Figma/Photoshop or others) • designing company informational materials

Working with corporate websites and CRM system • updating website information • troubleshooting, configuring business processes in Bitrix24

Requirements: • experience in the IT field and performing similar tasks • knowledge of graphic software • knowledge of Bitrix24 or a desire to learn and understand it • disciplined and ready to work in the office according to a clear schedule • ability to interact with colleagues
