This role is at the intersection of growth, product development, and project management. You will need to transform business tasks into clear implementation plans, launch and scale effective mechanics, and coordinate a cross-functional team. An important part of the work is finding and automating routine processes, including using AI, so that the team can test hypotheses and launch communications faster.
