In 2GIS, an experienced Merch Specialist is needed to create high-quality, stylish, and useful merchandise.

The marketing teams of 2GIS and Otello are engaged in brand promotion to ensure products are known everywhere. The teams work on increasing the audience, maintaining the brand's reputation, helping to find new clients, and maintaining communication with existing ones. One of the tools for increasing brand loyalty and recognition is merchandise. The team creates branded products for various b2b and b2c events, such as: city events, music festivals, business breakfasts, conferences, etc. The team also creates gifts for partners and clients throughout Russia. And they also come up with stylish collaborations with various young brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop merchandise: participate in brainstorming sessions, generate ideas and concepts for gifts, select options
• Prepare technical specifications: for designers, copywriters, and production facilities
• Calculate the cost of merchandise production
• Control pre-production processes: check layouts from designers, texts from the editorial team, etc.
• Control product production: communicate with contractors, oversee document approval, launch orders, track deadlines and shipments
• Plan merchandise delivery to 2GIS branches

We expect you to have:

• Over 3 years of experience with souvenir products
• Knowledge of the cycles and processes of production for various types of products, as well as technical features and branding application methods
• Well-developed taste and readiness to generate and propose non-standard merchandise solutions
• Ability to negotiate and attention to detail
• Experience with document processing
• Experience working with various suppliers and the ability to find new options
