Head of Brand Products and Merchandise Department at OTP Bank
OTP Bank is looking for a Head of Brand Products and Merchandise Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing the merchandise direction and managing a team (3+ people):
- Establishing an effective process for working with briefs from internal clients;
- Developing and producing branded merchandise and souvenirs;
- Monitoring stock levels and planning reorders, organizing storage and delivery processes;
- Budget management: planning and optimization;
- Analyzing project effectiveness and developing the merchandise direction.
Managing the OTP Store:
- Comprehensive management of the otpstore.ru platform;
- Developing and promoting the OTP Store;
- Organizing feedback collection on products and working on improving merchandise quality;
- Implementing merchandise collaboration projects;
- Managing projects from idea to completion;
- Interacting with partners and internal teams;
- Supporting offline marketing projects: participating in related projects and initiatives.
What we expect from the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience with merchandise and branded souvenirs;
- Understanding of the full cycle of development and production of branded merchandise;
- Keen eye for merchandise, branding, and branded souvenirs; knowledge of the market, trends, and successful case studies;
- Experience in establishing and optimizing processes, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Interaction with production facilities and contractors (search, selection, tender management, quality control);
- Proactiveness, flexibility, and a high level of independence.
