Project Manager of the Marketing, Advertising, and Image Projects Department (Printing, Souvenirs))

Responsibilities:

• Production of souvenir and printing products;
• Interaction with regional divisions and collection of applications for planned needs;
• Participation in the organization of Bank events (forums, exhibitions, client events);
• Budgeting, maintaining reporting and document flow in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations;
• Work with contractors (conducting tenders, analyzing proposals, agreeing on terms, concluding and supporting contracts, document flow);
• Preparation of reports and presentations.

Requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in the field of banking marketing;
• ability to meet planned deadlines and budget, work with contractors;
• experience in developing advertising and informational materials;
• experience in conducting procurement procedures;
• experience in preparing reports and presentations;
• skills in using a standard package of office software for computers, the ability to work with graphic editors will be an advantage (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Flash), knowledge of electronic document management systems (like DIRECTUM, LOTUS, etc.);
• higher professional education.

• 5/2 work schedule: Mon-Thu from 09:00 to 18:00, Fri from 09:00 to 16:45, Sat, Sun - days off
