What you will do:
- Turnkey project implementation
- Interaction with contractors
- Selection of unique products and offers, working with souvenir catalogs and searching for new suppliers
- Development of original designs for gift packaging, clothing, souvenirs, and accessories in collaboration with creative agencies
- Development of a concept for a new product catalog, creation of briefs for creative agencies, work with the procurement department
- Support for the procurement of souvenir products and printing materials at all stages
- Prompt response to requests from related departments/units, tracking needs, and participation in the development of creative ideas
- Development of project timelines and monitoring of deadlines
- Budget control
- Calculation of order costs, creation of technical specifications for production, interaction with designers
- Interaction with related departments to achieve set goals (logistics, accounting, document flow)
- Control of primary accounting documents (work in EDO)
What you need to know and be able to do:
- Higher/secondary professional education
- Experience as a project manager in an advertising agency or manufacturing company with souvenir and printing products/corporate gifts
- Experience with souvenir/printing/POSM products for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of application methods for souvenir products, basics of printing materials
- Knowledge of the souvenir product market, constant monitoring of market novelties
- Experience working with factories in China (will be an advantage)
- Knowledge and skills in searching for factories and manufacturers of souvenir/printing products in the Russian Federation and China
- Ability to work with budgets and maintain reporting on the product matrix catalog in 1C
- Goal-oriented, responsible for results
- Ability to work in a team
- Creative thinking, attention to detail
