Head of Business Process Optimization (BPO)

We are currently seeking a Head of Business Process Optimization (BPO) for a rapidly expanding retail network in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The role reports directly to the CEO (CEO-1 level) and serves as an internal strategic consultant to design and govern the company’s end-to-end process architecture.

Key Requirements:

Methodological Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading business process management or operational efficiency initiatives. Deep knowledge of Lean, BPM, and cross-functional process design is essential.
Retail & Logistics Architecture: Proven track record in mapping, standardizing, and optimizing complex operations across retail chains, supply chains, warehouse logistics, and commercial functions.
Financial & KPI Alignment: Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering measurable economic impact—specifically targeting the reduction of operational losses, optimization of operational KPIs, and enhancement of overall margins.
