RD Traffic Handler (Retention)

GEO: LATAM | Remote

We are looking for RD managers with experience in repeat deposits, customer retention, and traffic handling.

We consider experience from the following verticals: Gambling, betting, crypto, investments, binary options, nutra.

Experience in grey verticals is mandatory. Experience in investments will be a big plus.

About the money:

• RD — average $1500–2000 per 2 weeks • Payments twice a month in crypto, without delays • Additional bonuses for results

Conditions:

• Fully remote work • 6/1 schedule, day off agreed with TL • Shift 17:00–05:00 Moscow time • For certain GEOs — 17:30–06:00 • Work via Telegram • During the shift, the team is in Discord, screen sharing is mandatory

What's important:

• Experience with RD and repeat deposits • Ability to retain clients and handle objections • Strong written communication and sales skills • Fast typing and ability to handle multiple dialogues • PC or laptop required • Readiness for a night schedule

Selection stages: Application → HR → TL → test → offer → verification and NDA.

Stable team, constant traffic flow, training, and TL support.
