VIP Retention Manager in an Online Casino

A product-based iGaming company with its own licensed online casino is looking for a VIP Manager. The task is to retain VIP players, reactivate inactive ones, and grow the LTV of the base. The team is international, experience with the Kyrgyzstan market is mandatory.

Responsibilities: • Manage the VIP base and build long-term relationships with players • Develop retention and reactivation mechanics • Analyze player behavior, deposits, activity, GGR, and NGR • Create personalized offers: cashback, free spins, bonuses, quests • Communicate with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and phone • Work with players at risk of churn and reactivate inactive VIPs • Interact with CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Support • Achieve KPIs for retention, reactivation, and revenue

Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in VIP Retention / VIP Management in iGaming, specifically in online casinos • Experience with VIP base management and retention mechanics • Understanding of bonus policies and personalized offers • Experience with CRM systems • Strong communication and data analysis skills

Important: • Experience with the KYRGYZSTAN market.
