🎯 Vacancy: VIP Manager | iGaming We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager who knows how to approach VIP players, build long-term relationships, and provide a high level of service. 📌 Responsibilities: Manage and develop your own portfolio of VIP players. Maintain personalized communication via Telegram, WhatsApp, LiveChat, Email, and calls. Work on VIP client retention and reactivation. Select individual bonuses and special offers. Analyze player activity and key performance indicators. Resolve VIP client issues in collaboration with other departments. Ensure a high level of customer service. 💼 What we expect: 1+ years of experience in VIP Management / VIP Retention (iGaming). Experience in personal work with VIP clients. Excellent communication and objection handling skills. Understanding of bonus mechanics and VIP programs. Knowledge of key metrics: Deposit, GGR, LTV, Retention, Hold.
