A company in the iGaming sphere with over three years of experience and a team of over 1500 specialists. The portfolio includes over 11 successful products operating in Tier 1–3 markets. We are currently looking for a Head of Growth who will be responsible for attracting new clients and improving the efficiency of marketing campaigns across various channels.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Be responsible for the entire growth mechanism to drive growth • Improve efficiency through social media, influencers, streamers, SEO, community content marketing, and PPC to maximize user acquisition efficiency. • Create and expand marketing networks and strategic partnerships to attract players and scale paid user acquisition in crypto-friendly networks • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded. • Scale revenue based on data, focus on player LTV and market expansion • Main focus: social media, influencers, streamers, ambassadors, and paid advertising. • Launch campaigns involving influencers/KOLs Constant optimization of CAC and LTV ratio • Data-driven growth: monitor CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROI metrics

⚡️Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing within the cryptocurrency gambling sector • Deep understanding of Web3 culture and crypto ecosystems. • Leadership of growth strategy across all marketing channels, paid channels, crypto communities, streamers, and influencer marketing. • Data-oriented with a focus on commercial KPIs • We are looking for professionals who can think outside the box, experiment with new marketing strategies, and innovate to drive growth. • Experience with CSGO and casino sites will be considered an advantage
