Product Owner for the development of an internal AI platform

📍 Almaty | hybrid

What you will be doing:

• Formulating product vision and managing the backlog; • Identifying frequent and labor-intensive processes for automation; • Evaluating product impact based on data and metrics; • Managing product economics and LLM usage costs; • Leading the development team, developing and supporting employees; • Scaling successful AI scenarios and training users; • Interacting with process owners, Information Security, IAM, architecture, and compliance; • Representing the product and its development solutions at relevant committees.

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager; • Experience in developing a technical or platform product; • Experience in managing a development team; • Strong product discovery and product metrics management skills; • Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and economics; • Experience working within Agile and SAFe frameworks; • Ability to build interaction with business and technical stakeholders.
