PANTHEON GROUP is looking for a strong leader to launch and scale a recruitment agency from scratch.

Areas: Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, Traffic Arbitrage, Digital Marketing — all verticals and traffic sources.

Main tasks:

• Building a recruitment department from scratch. • Finding and attracting B2B clients: arbitrage teams, affiliate networks, advertisers, and digital companies. • Hiring, training, and managing a team of recruiters. • Developing a strategy, CRM, KPIs, and work system. • Selecting specialists in all areas: Media Buyers, Affiliate Managers, Team Leads, Developers, SEO, Farming, Sales, and others. • Controlling financial results and scaling the department.

Requirements:

• Experience launching or managing recruitment teams. • Deep understanding of the Affiliate Marketing and traffic arbitrage market. • Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. • Strong management and organizational skills. • Focus on results and profit.

Conditions:

• Fixed salary + % of the department's net profit. • Resources and support from an international digital holding. • Autonomy in management and development. • Opportunity to grow to Managing Partner.
