Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is a regulated European online broker headquartered in Cyprus, providing access to US, European and Asian capital markets and a broad range of investment services and financial products. We operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where product speed, client trust, marketing accuracy, regulatory discipline and legal architecture must work together.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house end-to-end support to employees and their family members on Cyprus immigration laws, visa and residence/work permit procedures;
- Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documents, including renewals and extensions;
- Support employees throughout all stages of the immigration process and track application status and deadlines;
- Liaise with the Cyprus Migration Department, government authorities, notaries and other official bodies;
- Visit the Migration Department in Nicosia approximately twice a week to independently submit and follow up on applications - corporate transportation is provided;
- Act as the key internal expert on Cyprus immigration matters and provide guidance to employees and their families;
- Monitor changes in Cyprus immigration regulations and continuously improve internal migration processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cyprus immigration / migration services, ideally supporting employees and their family members;
- Good knowledge of Cyprus visa, residence and work permit procedures and relevant documentation requirements;
- Practical experience dealing directly with the Cyprus Migration Department and/or other government authorities;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines;
- Fluent English; Greek, Russian or other languages will be a plus;
