What will you be doing?
- Designing and developing interfaces for the web platform and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
- Managing tasks from research and problem definition to handover for development and author's supervision upon release
- Building user scenarios, CJMs, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups
- Developing and maintaining the design system: components, tokens, states, documentation, consistency between web and mobile platforms
- Designing adaptive and responsive interfaces (desktop, tablet, mobile web) and native patterns for iOS (HIG) and Android (Material)
- Working with product hypotheses: participating in metric definition, analytics analysis, usability testing, and interviews, iterating designs based on results
- Closely collaborating with product managers, frontend and mobile developers, analysts; participating in grooming and task estimation
- Considering accessibility requirements, security (Federal Law 152, two-factor authentication), and corporate customer restrictions
- Supporting the visual aspects of marketing pages and product presentation materials
Requirements
Mandatory:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in product UX/UI design, with at least 2 years focused on digital products supporting both web and mobile applications simultaneously
- Portfolio with 2-3 detailed case studies: task context, constraints, solution process, results in metrics (not just pretty screenshots)
- Experience with complex interfaces: personal accounts, admin panels, e-commerce/marketplaces, financial or transactional scenarios
- Proficient in Figma: Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Variables/tokens, interactive prototypes, collaborative file work with a team
- Practical experience in creating and maintaining a design system, not just using a ready-made one
- Understanding of native iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design guidelines, and the ability to adapt a single scenario for both platforms
- Understanding of adaptive layout and technical limitations of frontend development: grids, breakpoints, states, component behavior; ability to speak the same language as developers
- Proficiency in UX research methods: interviews, usability testing, product analytics analysis, A/B testing; ability to defend decisions with data, not just personal preference
- Accurate typography, work with grids, color, and hierarchy; a sense of visual rhythm
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum, managing tasks in Jira/YouTrack or similar tools
- Russian language proficiency – fluent (the product and team are Russian-speaking)
Will be a plus:
- Experience in HR-tech, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech
- Experience designing B2B interfaces for large corporate clients
- Motion design and micro-animation skills (Figma Smart Animate, Rive, After Effects, Lottie)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, understanding of working with React components and Storybook
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and its verification on real scenarios
- Experience with illustration and 3D graphics for product and marketing materials
- Experience mentoring junior designers and participating in hiring
- Experience using AI tools in the design process
Soft Skills
- Independence: ability to take a task from a vague request to a finished solution without step-by-step supervision
- Product thinking: understanding business goals, prioritizing by impact, not by workload
- Ability to articulate solutions and constructively receive criticism
- Attention to detail at the pixel level and at the level of scenario logic

Test Task
A paid test task may be offered.
Task from a real product context: design a scenario for selecting and redeeming a benefit in a mobile application with adaptation for the web.
We evaluate: scenario logic, work with states and edge cases, quality of components and file structure, argumentation of decisions.
Candidates with a strong relevant portfolio may complete it by analyzing their own case study instead of a test task.
Selection Stages
