**Senior Product Manager / Freedom Travel **✅ Location: Almaty, office
We at Freedom Travel (Aviata.kz) are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the PostSales department
We are looking for a product manager who will take full responsibility for the post-purchase experience for flights, trains, and hotels: refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and order changes.
Responsibilities: • Manage the cross-functional PostSales team; • Conduct scrum rituals with the team lead; Own the department's metrics: contact rate, automation, CSAT, cost to serve; Formulate the strategy and roadmap for post-purchase flows; Conduct research, CustDev, and A/B tests; Work with stakeholders: support, finance, verticals, bank.
An AI Native mindset is important: active use of AI in work and understanding its capabilities for the product.
What's important: • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in product companies; • Experience in travel will be a plus; • Independent work with data (SQL, Amplitude); • Experience in product research and A/B testing; • Experience working with Scrum/Agile.
