We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to build and own our Loyalty & Retention product across our travel brands.
The main goal of this role is to increase Customer Lifetime Value by improving repeat purchases, retention and referrals.
A major part of this role is deep product discovery. We are not looking for someone who will simply take an existing idea and deliver it. We need a Product Manager who can first understand the problem, customers, behavior and business context - and only then define what should be built.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product discovery
- Conduct customer interviews and qualitative research
- Work with quantitative data, customer behavior, cohorts and segmentation
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other customer-facing teams
- Identify key drivers and barriers to repeat purchases
- Validate customer needs and business opportunities before defining the solution
- Build and prioritize product hypotheses
- Develop and validate loyalty concepts and mechanics
- Build financial models and evaluate unit economics
- Define MVP, product roadmap and PRDs
- Lead implementation together with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Sales and Marketing
- Run A/B tests and other product experiments
- Measure product impact on retention, LTV and business performance
- Present and defend product strategy and business cases to senior stakeholders
- Assess the existing loyalty functionality, customer journeys and available data to understand what works, what does not and where the biggest opportunities lie.
- Personally plan and conduct customer interviews and customer development research.
- Carefully synthesize interview findings and quantitative data, challenge assumptions and investigate conflicting signals before recommending a solution.
- Independently calculate the unit economics of proposed loyalty mechanics, including their costs and expected impact on repeat purchases and Customer Lifetime Value.
We already have existing loyalty-related functionality, but it should be treated as a starting point rather than a constraint.
You will have the freedom to rethink the concept completely if discovery and data show that another approach can deliver better results.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of Product Management / Growth Product Management experience
- Strong product discovery skills
- Strong experience with customer interviews and qualitative research
- Ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data
- Experience with retention, loyalty, CRM, lifecycle or engagement products
- Strong understanding of LTV, retention, cohorts and unit economics
- Experience with hypothesis validation and A/B testing
- Ability to build business cases and work with financial models
- Strong ownership from discovery to launch and optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to independently conduct customer interviews, analyze findings in depth and translate them into product decisions.
- Ability to independently build and assess unit economics for proposed product initiatives.
- English - B2 or higher
You do not need to be a hands-on data analyst. You will have access to analytics and technical resources, but you should know what data you need, what questions to ask and how to turn research and data into product decisions.
Experience in travel, fintech, banking, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions or telecom will be a strong advantage.
What success looks like
You deeply understand our customers and their behavior, identify the most important retention opportunities, validate them through research and data, build a strong loyalty strategy, launch the product and demonstrate measurable improvement in customer retention and long-term customer value.
What we offer
- An opportunity to build and shape a loyalty product with room to grow and bring your own ideas to life.
- Work with the US market and interesting, non-routine product challenges.
- A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- A hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day working remotely per week.
