Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst for the Magnum Daily project (Middle+/Senior)

We are strengthening the analytics team and looking for someone who will be responsible for the business reporting of the Magnum Daily project - a chain of convenience stores. There are already several dozen in Almaty, and in the next year, the launch of hundreds of outlets is planned, which will operate as mini-darkstores for express delivery. The project is growing rapidly, and the amount of data related to it is increasing every month.

The task is not "set up a dashboard and forget about it." What actually needs to be done:

• monitor the network's KPIs and be the first to notice deviations; • investigate the reasons - go to the business, ask questions, test hypotheses; • organize meetings with clients and bring the analysis to conclusions and decisions; • build and maintain reporting in such a way that it is trusted and used.

Who we are looking for: a communicative person with strong analytical thinking and an understanding of business processes. It is important to be able to openly voice conclusions, ask uncomfortable questions, and defend a position based on data - this is valued here, not punished.

Hard skills:

• SQL - confident proficiency • Qlik Sense / Power BI - dashboard development and support • Excel - advanced level • Building metrics and KPIs, data analysis • Identifying reasons for deviations, formulating hypotheses and analytical conclusions • Understanding of business processes and management reporting • Python (Pandas) - basic, for analysis and routine automation

Why join us: the project is at the intersection of offline retail and e-grocery, decisions are made quickly, and an analyst here directly influences the business - from processes to the economics of each point, rather than writing reports "for the drawer".

Conditions: office in Almaty, salary up to 800,000 ₸ net.
