Responsibilities:
- Administration of the corporate email system: account support, group and forwarding setup, access rights management, delivery and security monitoring (anti-spam, anti-virus), backup and recovery.
- Support and development of the WordPress website: making and correcting structural changes to the web and mobile versions (sections, pages, menus), preparing scripts for content managers, installing and updating plugins/themes, ensuring security and backup, basic performance optimization.
- Administration of accounts and access rights in medical information systems: MIS "Medlok", LIS based on "1C" — user creation/deletion, role and rights configuration, support for integration with other systems, participation in update testing and maintenance work.
- Participation in the implementation and integration of CRM/portal "Bitrix24": requirements preparation, account and role setup, development of connectors and integration scenarios with the center's internal systems (MIS, LIS, corporate email), ensuring data synchronization.
- Development of programs for automatic data transfer: creation of scripts/utilities that convert data from Excel files into Word templates (generation of reports, forms), preferably in JavaScript (existing programs require modification) with the possibility of using other languages (Python, C#, VBA) if necessary; ensuring validation and logging, error handling.
Requirements:
- Higher education in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in system/network administration and web project support (WordPress).
- Practical experience with MIS and/or LIS, including those based on "1C" — desirable.
- Experience in implementing/configuring "Bitrix24" and other integrations — welcomed.
- Strong programming skills: JavaScript (Node.js) desirable; Python, C#, or VBA may be used.
- Skills in working with Excel (formulas, macros) and programmatic file processing (.xlsx, .csv), with libraries for generating Word documents (docx, templates).
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills, willingness to document solutions and train employees.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working in a scientific and medical organization or laboratory.
- Knowledge of English for reading technical documentation.

- Full-time employment Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (90 Bolshoy prospekt V.O., bldg. 2).
